  • Installation method (simple and safe steps)

    CAUTION: The pull-up bar must be installed on a solid concrete wall or sturdy red brick wall (avoid cardboard or gypsum board walls)...!!!!!

    1. Assembly: Assemble the pull-up bar parts together using the screws included in the package (make sure to tighten them well before installing).
    2. Determine measurements: Place the pull-up bar at the appropriate height on the wall, use a water level to make sure it is completely level, then mark the locations of the holes (8 holes) with a pencil.
    3. Drilling: Use a drill to make holes in the specified locations with a depth proportional to the length of the attached screws.
    4. Final installation: Place the fisher in the holes, place the bracket and tighten the heavy duty bolts with a wrench.
    5. Test: Before starting your first exercise, hang on the pull-up bar gradually to make sure it is completely fixed to the wall.
